On August 5, 2024, the Faculty of Engineering at Chulalongkorn University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Witaya Wannasuphoprasit, Dean, welcomed a delegation from the University of Georgia, USA, headed by Mr. Brian Watkins, Director of International Initiatives. The representatives from the Department of Civil Engineering were Professor Dr. Kasem Choocharukul, Head of the Department, and Associate Professor Dr. Boonchai Sangpetngam, Deputy Head and Director of CE Testing Center, who also serves as the coordinator for the Memorandum of Understanding. The event included a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding to foster academic collaboration, research, and student exchanges between the two institutions.
